Return Process

  Log into your PURE Spa account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
